I traveled from North Dakota and asked if they could fit me in as soon as possible. They were able to accommodate me and they did an absolutely fantastic job!! Southern Luxe should be everyone's first choice when it comes to ceramics, tint, paint matching and any of your auto accessory needs. An easy 5 star rating!

Was able to get same day service for window tinting on our Tesla. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable! Will plan on returning for future services! Update: returned for PPF and a detail on my wife’s Model Y. Service was fantastic again! I ordered another Tesla for myself and already scheduled them for PPF and window tinting!

They did an amazing job with the tint removal/ replacement on my 2012 mustang. I highly recommend them for tint. I also highly recommend them for interior cleaning too. I had the interior of a 2005 town and country clean. It was used as a truck for the last 10-15 years and they got all of the stains out! I’m super happy with the result. They are super communicative if there is an issue and if the task will be longer than promised. 10/10 I will return with my other vehicles.

Brought in my 2024 Mercedes Sedan for a level 1 cleaning. Came back and the screen was completely scratched. 2 workers said couldn’t have been them in anyway. Then the actual worker comes out and says that he agrees he didn’t see the scratches until after he wiped it down and after he cleaned it. No accountability. Spent 350 dollars to now having to spend thousands to replace screens. Have included before and after pictures. Would highly recommend avoiding this place. Came here cus the price was a little higher cus they claimed to do a more thorough job than other places and they seemed nice over the phone with good customer service. When it came down to it they didn’t stand by their work and did more harm than good causing thousands of dollars in damage. Further, many small details missed in my car. Basically did the same job as a 40 dollar car wash except they ruined my screens. Not enough bad things to say. First pic is before they scratched it. Update: went to Mercedes and to repair the damage caused by Southern Luxe Detailing will cost 3,800. Thanks so much For being the worst detailing company in the LowCountry!! In response to the owner. Yes, the before picture is 1 month

I had an outstanding experience with Southern Luxe Detailing and wanted to leave a review to thank them for the incredible work they did on my 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness. I originally had my vehicle tinted somewhere else and quickly noticed several problems — scratches on the film, contamination trapped under the film, white spots, wrinkles, and visible gaps around the small windows. It didn’t look right, so I decided to get a second opinion from Southern Luxe Detailing because of their excellent reputation. From the moment I arrived, Ben was extremely professional and a couple of the guys working took the time to thoroughly inspect the vehicle. They pointed out the issues with the previous tint job and explained exactly how they would correct everything, including removing the old film and installing a new nano ceramic tint with properly cut edges. Once they redid the job, the difference was incredible. The tint is flawless — perfectly clean edges, no gaps, no contamination, and no scratches. The finish looks amazing and you can really tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism throughou
